Bi-Colour and Parti Sapphire

A bi-colour sapphire carries two distinct colours in the same crystal, usually blue and yellow, split along a visible line. The trade also calls these parti sapphires. Cutters decide how to orient the boundary, and that decision makes or ruins the stone, so cut matters more here than in any single colour sapphire. No two are alike, which is the appeal and also the reason they are hard to match into pairs.

We can still find you bi-colour sapphire

Nothing in this category is on the site at the moment. That is normal. Single stones sell, and what replaces them depends on what the cutters bring in that month rather than on a restocking schedule.

Most of what we sell never reaches the website. Tell us the weight, colour and budget you have in mind and we will look for it, then send photographs, video and the certificate before you commit to anything. If we cannot find it at a sensible price, we will say so.

  • Carat weight, or a range you are happy with
  • Colour, and whether it needs to be unheated
  • Your budget, which saves us both a week of guessing
  • When you need it, if there is a date
